Great customer service

I had a few unexpected expenses and other loan companies were offering me £1-2,000 loans with super high interest. Abound offered me a better loan at a good rate and customer services were really patient with my lack of understanding of email attachments etc. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

I’ve had my account for 2 years now and it’s really straightforward, my credit limit is comfortable and if I have trouble paying back for whatever reason, they’re very reasonable. The app never fails and it’s very easy to use. Reviewed on: 7th June 2024
