Satisfied just one negative

My only negative is that payments are taken by subscription and not direct debit so when I replaced my card I had to update details. Otherwise I have had no issues with the account and the customer service team are always helpful. Reviewed on: 15th April 2025

Pleased with the service so far

Whilst the rate was considerably high, I was happy with the service and how quickly they paid the money to me. They offered the rate which was offered to me on the comparison site and have sent me regular emails and texts informing me of my first payment date etc. Reviewed on: 10th June 2024
