I'd been with Swan Community bank for a decade before they merged with Acorn and I've found Acorn to have maintained and even improved upon the service I was already happy with. The App is super user friendly, as are the staff via phone and email. The thing I've loved most about Acorn is the Loyalty loan where, if you've had the required amount of savings for the desired amount of time, you can get a substantial loan based on that and the interest rates are extremely low. This has been a game changer for me and my family and helps us plan ahead while affordable living within our means, and all while still saving. I'm extremely satisfied with Acorn and look forward to observing more growth of the company moving forward. I've also recommended Acorn to my son who just turned 18. Customer focused.

The loyalty loan is an excellent product with low interest, it's been really helpful when we really needed it. Acorn make the process super easy when you call, and the App makes everything else straightforward. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Acorn provide a great service.

Acorn provide a great service. The customer service is excellent, always receive a prompt response to any queries I send by email and my phonecalls are always answered promptly. I've ever encountered any issues with either loans or savings, my loan repayments have always been structured on an affordable way that helps facilitate my continued saving. The app is really helpful aswell and there's a YouTube channel which clearly explains how to use it. Reviewed on: 11th June 2024
