Slow, inconvenient, not what I call modern banking!

I banked with Natwest for over 15 years, not out of 'loyalty' but naivety thinking all banks were the same and banking was 'simply' painful. I opened a current account with another bank over a year ago and since have realised how badly Natwest compares on many aspects: everything is difficult, slow, expensive and staff are either poorly trained or very unfriendly. I used to like their app banking as I hate going to branches and it saves me time but many things can't be done on the app and then I lost my access because they failed to send a debit card replacement before my old one expired. I don't want to bank with them anymore so I am trying to close my accounts and again that has been so painful and slow. I will never bank with them again and certainly don't recommend them.
