NFU THE CROOKS

I’ve been with NFU for over 4 years now and I had my house, contents, vehicles and travel insurance with them. I was paying well over £1800 a year. So when my watch was either lost or stolen on the London Underground this year, I was disgusted when I was treated like a criminal. I was basically called a liar and quizzed on how could they have got it off your wrist? Erin Ronan was the lady in question who was obviously tasked with denying my claim. Now if you are new to London and drunk, I was there for a weekend away. It is not difficult for a professional thief to take advantage of the situation. Because of this incident I have taken all my business elsewhere. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS. They were happy taking my money each year. Review of the Blue Motor Finance, Car Finance:

Not fit for purpose

I bought a brand new motorbike from a dealer and used Blue Motor Finance to Finance the bike. Straight away the bike had issues. So after 12 weeks of ownership and the bike being in the dealership 6 of them and counting, I rejected the bike under not fit for purpose. Spoke to Bethan who said it was me who had to speak to the dealer. She could not understand that they owned the bike and it was there responsibility to deal with it. Now got Financial Ombudsman involved. Staff have no idea on customer rights. Reviewed on: 4th December 2018
