I am familiar with features such as linking bank accounts and payment cards, reviewing transaction history, handling refunds, and resolving payment issues through the Resolution Centre. I understand the importance of security, including two-factor authentication and recognising potential phishing attempts. Through both personal use and my professional background, I am comfortable working with digital payment platforms, handling sensitive information responsibly, and providing accurate support to customers.
