Xenophobic bank!

I’m not British, but I’m European and I have all the rights to live and work in England. This year I visited a Barclays branch in Soho/London to open a bank account and I was treated really bad by the staff only because I have accent when I speak English, they said they can’t open an account for people like me and invited to leave the branch. In other hand, HSBC was easy and nice with me. The staff in Brixton and also London Bridge was very helpful. I fully don’t recommend Barclays. I sent an email for the bank and never got an answer. I guess the staff is trained to disrespect non British clients. Reviewed on: 5th December 2018

I would say Monese is an app with banking services included! Easy to use, to open an account, it’s possible to have an euro account as well. The only problem, when someone else transfers money onto my account, I receive it in more or less one hour. Reviewed on: 5th December 2018
