Great Bank, but could do with keeping with the times

Barclays works well as an everyday banking platform, the app works well and the call center is efficient on the rare occasion i have had to call them. The frustrating part about Barclays is that contactless payments seem to be exploding and Barclays is way behind the times. Samsung Pay, Garmin pay are two simple examples of how making daily transacting simpler and more convenient. but Barclays dont support them. I feel there is a great opportunity for Barclays to lead the way in trends and at the very least, keep with the competiton. but other than that, a Great banking experience Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
