Great seamless banking for a lot of years no

Great seamless banking for a lot of years now, helped me get back on my feet after a long term health issue so I was unable to work and when I needed a quick set up bank when I returned to work then it was fast , easy and straightforward to set up, only niggle is the fee still even after becoming a bank, and the max 9 free transfers, which with 2 kids and alike then those soon add up so it's a free then after which is the only real down fall of what would be perfect overall, more so in today's wanna be cashless society then this seems to be a vastly overpriced few 99p per transaction over 9 of them...otherwise all good Reviewed on: 17th February 2026

I'm from Yorkshire firstly so we say it how it is...

I'm from Yorkshire firstly so we say it how it is and honestly, when I was in need of something to help me get back on my feet (working but a stroke so messed up finances) when lots of others said no, zable said yes. Since then I'm all good now. The service, or rather the app, seeing as I've never had issues to call the customer service team(hence the excellent vote as if I've no need to call then it's got to be excellently run and operated for me to have no issues)is faultless. The app has a whole heap of features way better than my mainstream bank that I've also got (and another CC that I have but don't use) payments and repayments,including my own repayments other than the monthly are also instant. so good I've never had to call for anything at all

Works amazingly well and more so unlike others when i make a payment or additional payment it's instant. The notifications work flawlessly and if I'd ever had a reason to call support then I'd imagine that's great too, but I've not had to do it says how good it must be Reviewed on: 13th June 2024
