Excellent customer service

My partner and I opened a joint account together as we’ve just moved in together. We also purchased other services with Barclays. Everything was explained really clearly and we were helped with setting everything up including the apps and told all about the rewards available to us. It was really quick and simple and it’s great to be able to monitor everything using the app. I particularly like the calendar and the blue rewards wallet, which keeps your rewards money separate until you choose to withdraw it.
