Long term customer

Well after being a customer for many years. Barclays should look at customers loyalties and offer more help or even check in to see the accounts are suitable. I enjoy being with Barclays just this last year it's been a rough road with them been thinking of leaving. Promises never kept. Overall it's had more ups than downs and I like the fact that pin sentry is used for extra safety. One thing that I hate is the on call centres abroad language barriers to communicate so I always wait for business opening times to avoid the stress. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
