Great customer service

I had an issue last month with direct debit- for some reason I did setup the amount incorrectly. They helped me to sort it out the issue and also provided me with a refund. The lady on the phone was super competent and helped me straight away. most important I didn’t have to wait hours on the phone Reviewed on: 14th June 2024
