Treated as a person not a number

Even though my banking is mostly done on line I know the website and app have been designed so that I have s good personal experience as well as knowing I have a secure one. And when I do speak to banking staff they’re always knowledgeable and helpful. For example a staff member showed me how to bank cheques using the app. Very impressed. I like the app availability too so I can check my accounts and do all sorts of other stuff when I want to. The app is perfect because it allows me to get on with my life!!
