Hi, I am with Barclays for almost 4 years now, all good except a few months when the Mobile App was not compatible with my new phone. I contact them many times, one time I got response that my phone is the fault but it wasn't the phone, the app simply wasn't updated for the performance of Huawey P20 brand new model launched that time. Now is fine except the barclaycard app where is the same story. But I am grateful for the rest of services. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
