Simple enough banking

Barclays have always said through advertisements (tv and posters) they have simple and easy to use banking and when I first started my young persons account with them I got the app and it’s pretty simple to use however I did struggle a bit but maybe that’s on my part I just had to google how to see how much I’ve used on the app and once I found out the app became a lot easier to use. I feel like this review isn’t going to make sense but overall they’re banking is simple enough for me to use and if it isn’t then I either use google or their help line/ email and my problem is pretty much sorted.
