PayPal customer services helped with Direct Debit

PayPal customer services helped me when I needed to change the date of my direct debit. Initially they made a mistake and forgot to cancel the original direct debit so the money still went out of my account, however a quick call to customer services rectified the problem and a refund given. The payment are now taken on correct dates. Reviewed on: 15th June 2024
