TERRIBLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT

My wife had her cards cloned. She didn’t show the card to anyone or even used it online. Luckily there was not enough money to take since we had another one in a different bank. They tried to buy a air ticket from Turkey. The bank doesn’t do anything to avoid this and has no procedure to cover fraudulent transactions. Unfortunately I notice that a friend had the same situation and in her case had money stolen from her account. Not a trustable service. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
