A true life partner

I have been with Barclays nearly my entire life, over 30 years of banking. I have held other bank accounts but not for long. Barclays are truly the perfect life partner, always there to help, always there when you need them, reliable and with great customer service. Their banking app is simply 100% perfect. It always works, does virtually everything you could possible want to do, feels secure and is fast and reliable. The user interface is so clear and easy to follow that I have never had to wonder what to do next. Quite simply, it just works exactly as you would expect. I recommend Barclays to everyone as a stand out example of what every business should be like, truly customer focussed and service orientated. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
