Review of the Post Office, Car Insurance:

I deeply regret taking out car insurance with the Post Office a few years ago. I had an accident on the 17th April and although repairs were approved, to date I am still waiting for the approved repairer to repair my vehicle. Apparently there is a shortage of parts but all that is needed is denting and painting. After having made the claim with the Post Office, one does not get the opportunity to speak to someone there regarding any issues but one is advised by the answering machine to contact another party. My vehicle is still driveable but the repairs are necessary to make it look good once again. I have taken a decision to change from the Post Office when time comes for renewal and I strongly recommend that anyone seeking car insurance stays far from them if you wish to have service when you need it.
