a bit perturbed

the only thing i will complain about is, we have moved to France, and because of this you took us of our fixed rate, and you told us that you could no longer support us with a mortgage, so we went else where which is fine we understand that Brexit has caused a lot of nonsense for a lot of people and businesses' however I was a bit perturbed when we saw that you had charged us to leave our mortgage. we realise that this is standard procedure but under the circumstances it just felt like a bit of a kick in the teeth!!
