Good Customer Service Once A Phone Number Is Found

I have had to deal with Customer Services on a occasions. When I first took out Insurance With, contacting Customer Services by phone was straight forward but more recently finding the correct number has proved difficult. Reviewed on: 27th August 2026

Health Issues? Then I Highly Recommend

Very reasonable prices when compared with other travel insurance providers and there are health issues involved. Customer service is excellent once you manage to get access to a real person. My only negative is the fact too much is online only without an obvious route to speak to a real person. Reviewed on: 28th July 2026

Very friendly caring service.

Very friendly caring service. Very fast when it came to making a minor claim. Most importantly, the only travel insurance provider that would give me an annual policy at a reasonable price. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
