Affordable Pet Protection

I recently signed up for pet insurance through Protectivity and have had a mostly positive experience so far. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made the process of getting a quote and purchasing a policy straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised by their competitive rates - the coverage seems comprehensive for the price. There was one hiccup, however. I tried to use their "Refer a Friend" feature, but the link wasn't working properly. When I reached out to customer service about this issue, their response was somewhat lacking. The representatives I spoke with didn't seem well-equipped to resolve the problem, which was frustrating. Despite this minor setback, I'm generally satisfied with the insurance coverage and value for money. If they can improve their customer service, particularly for technical issues, this company would be top-notch.
