Claims processing seems very slow,

The insurance seems to cover everything we need. However, we had to put in a claim when my partner was unable to go on the holiday we had booked due to the emergence of a medical condition requiring an operation. Although this was submitted months ago along with all required paperwork and documentation from doctors, etc, we have still not had any response to the claim. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024
