One to remember

Still going through the claim, two months later! And still they ask for additional information. Absolutely not the best one to use, I would have expected any claim to have been done by now but Tesco have been shocking. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024

Absolutely awful, no response now for three weeks an...

Absolutely awful, no response now for three weeks and its still going on. I registered the claim over 2 months ago. After having the loss adjuster attend to check this a valid claim (which is fine and fair). I was made to feel like a criminal more than a victim. Having been insured for 20 years, never ever claimed once and this is the level of service received. I have been told I am covered then I am not covered. they cant decide and they cant be bother to respond. Just one to a... Reviewed on: 16th July 2024
