Excellent customer service, a good range of products

Although I have never visited a Saffron Building Society Branch, I have dealt with them online and by phone. Excellent customer service, a good range of products with competitive rates. I have held Cash ISAs with them for several years and also a regular savers account which although restricted to just £50 per month pays a good rate and it's rather nice every 12 months to have built up a small pot of money which I had almost forgotten about.
