Staff always very friendly & extremely knowledgeable.

Staff always very friendly & extremely knowledgeable. UK call centre, where unlike may others no long queues, and any problem or query is sorted out very efficiently. Very highly recommended. Reviewed on: 5th August 2026

Customer services are so friendly & knowledgeable..

Thier customer services are so friendly & knowledgeable, they also answer the telephone quickly (do not have to hang on the phone for ages, unlike some other providers. Also thier annual premiums do not significantly increase eah year, unlike may others. If we have had a problem or a claim it is laways sorted quickly & efficiently. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2025

So easy to contact on the telephone, no waiting in long qeues.. They don't increase cover price excessively, unlike many other insurance providers. Reviewed on: 21st August 2025
