Flow Insurance merger - not a great experience

Since Allianz acquired Flow Insurance, the merger hasn't been seamless and this has caused a lot of uncertainty and stress. These are what I have personally experienced as a negative drawback (customer service not particularly helpful, price increased at renewal, try to change your DD payment date and you are penalised for it, negative experience getting quotes for a new vehicle or new address, BE VERY CAREFUL if doing so, as I fell victim to this when trying to find out the monthly cost as the info is not immediately available and you are led to believe you must click on the next page, if you do so, the changes you are asking for a quote on will automatically apply and you will be charged!
