No claim? Then, no true experience!

Everyone knows that the only review worth its salt is after you have to lodge a claim and how that claim is dealt with. Of course, no-one wants that experience, so the only reviewers that truly count are those that have gone through the claims process. However, I can say that keeping in touch like this is refreshing and shows concern for customers. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2024
