Esure do nothing to protect its cusfomefs

A fraudulent claim was made against me. I provided good proof of photos and videos that the claim is false. However because a claim was made they have tripled my insurance cost, lost ncb and it has been 6 months with an open case with no end result. Even though the evidence speaks for itself!
