Amazing, flexible, puts you in control.

After spending decades with regular hight street banks switching to Monzo was like waking up on another planet. Everything is so much more flexible, amazing organizational capabilities, very good UI, customer chat that waits for you so you can swap messages with the advisor when you have time, just the whole package is amazing. Thank you Monzo, my whole family is with you including my 12 year old and we love it. Thank you for creating such an amazing platform. Reviewed on: 9th February 2025

Customer service is top notch.
