What a joke, .... Customer Service

I havent used my CC in months, cleared the balance, but didnt stop making the SO payments to the card, so my card is in credit, called them and asked if i could have a new card so that i can spend the funds that i paid extra, asked me several seciurity questions, i answered one incorrectly, I dont know what one, so failed the security check , asked to speak to the supervisor, was told to call back, the operator was rude ( Gocha?) her name was, so if i need to my money back i have to call again, i asked her to ask me another security question the answer was no, please be my guest and call to me to resolve this 07730386837 Reviewed on: 9th August 2024
