The MBS store at Caerleon Road, Newport are fantastic.

The MBS store at Caerleon Road, Newport are fantastic. Mandy dealt with my customer issues with exemplary customer management and EQ skills. I was also very impressed with the care and compassion that is provided to each customer. In addition the manager who works at the Cardiff branch (Cathy) was very kind and you could see her leadership is fully for her team and people focused. Thank you. kind Regards Sqn Ldr Luke J Pearce.
