TERRIBLE COMPANY... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had asked them about updating the drivers licence details on one of the drivers on my policy who had to exchange their UK licence for an EU licence. After they quoted nearly £60 to make the change I asked them to NOT go ahead with the change. They went ahead anyway and made the change, but changed the wrong driver's details. They have now been hounding me for payment of this change, as well as another balance of £35 they seem to have just added to my account for which they don... Reviewed on: 19th August 2024
