A waste of money

I had a medical emergency which meant I had to cancel my flights so I put in a claim for around £150. By the time they had discounted the excess and refused other items my claim would have been for about £9.00 so I didn't bother. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

A complete waste of money.

A complete waste of money. I had a genuine claim but with exclusions and excess it wasn't worth proceding with it. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024
