Good service and competitive rates

I have used Shawbrook on many occasions for Fixed Rate Bonds. They provide clear information to understand the terms and conditions. The yearly statements are clear and easy to read. You can actually speak to someone, if needed. Reviewed on: 14th January 2026

When it came to renew our policy, it had increased for an unknown reason as nothing had changed with our health issues. Therefore, I was advised to just reduce to the next level of service to keep the premium at the same level. I went from Gold Plus to Gold which was still a good level for our European travel.
