I have used Petplan for my lurcher, Summer for the past 11 years. From day 1, I've always found them to be very easy to deal with. If I've ever had to call them, they've always dealt with my enquiry in a professional way and all claims have been settled quicky without issue and I've always been kept well informed throughout the process. We very sadly lost Summer recently and even in her final claim, they were kind and understanding. I couldn't fault them. Although their premiums may be higher than some.
