Allianz was very helpful in resolving my issues when...

Allianz was very helpful in resolving my issues when my care was stolen. The staff were quick to get back to me when liaising with the police and my finance company. i was a bit disappointed that the car was not salviagable but nonetheless the process meant that the claim was sorted promptly. I do wish that the vouchers for new car seats were readily available and an email or letter on my account was available for me to see that all things were concluded. I have an online account, but i was able to call as I was making a claim. I do think the website needs to be made a bit more user friendly. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
