No Solution to obstructon at Monzo.

I applied to onzo when my Virgin Bank failed to provide access to any manager or deal with the issues or my requirements. Virgin (previously Yorkshire and then Clydesdale) forced me into "Hindernet" Banking, by abuse to clients. Virgin told me it was my Mobile Phone so I changed it at huge expense . Still didnt work. When faced with this I thought I might as wel find a competent bank who provided all the services including paying in cheques and using Stripe through Monzo. Suddenly Monzo systems failed and they require my e mail account (Which is not on my Mobile Phone ) and MONZO simply stopped working. No one at Monzo can provide a solution leaving me without access to my CASH. I requested a transfer to N Other Bank which MOZIO is refusuing as a refusal of the MONZO failure to provide access. Monzo has not way of using an email address on our secure emails and management at the highest levels refuse to ACT and refuse any proper Complaints Policy - I assume for their own purposes and to obstruct complaints. Interestingly the FOS were refused access to Virgin Bank information under Data Subject Access request so it would seem reasonable to assume they are inadequate and unreliable as the Banks Virgin and Monzo.
