Easy to use website, helpful staff.

Easy to use website, able to put in necessary information. When I got stuck I finished the claim with one of the helpful telephone staff. Will definitely use again. Reviewed on: 11th October 2025

Will definitely be using again.

I had to make a claim on return from holiday after seeing a doctor abroad. I had developed a painful eye problem which needed medication. I thought I might have problems in getting paid out. I need not have worried, claim was settled within a few weeks of submitting it. Good communication from customer service on phone and via email. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024
