Best account ever

The Starling bank has obviously thought very carefully about what a customer wants and needs ands it delivers it in spades . Why other banks couldn’t have done this before I have no idea, but Starling appears to be the “ common sense” bank out there. I’ve tried it with relatively small amounts of money over the past year- but as I high income individual (£150K+) I will now move away from my traditional bank of thirty years and make this my main bank Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Does so much more than any other bank

I have been banking with one of the traditional high street banks for decades and Starling have managed to achieve more in customer satisfaction in months than my high st bank has in decades. Starling listen and respond - which is what makes them good. The high st banks must learn or die - no one wants to rescue them again as there are much better alternatives and Starling leads the pack Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
