Brilliant customer service

When a flight and holiday was cancelled due to an incident on the runway and the holiday company reimbursed us Alpha travel insurance offered us to hold over the insurance premium for a future equivalent holiday. Reviewed on: 19th September 2024

Great customer relations

Our flight was cancelled and Jet 2 reimbursed us so we didn't claim on the insurance but the company said we could use our insurance the next time we go on holiday which is what we did Reviewed on: 4th September 2024
