I Had some queries about some savings accounts and Zoe was able to help with these. Setting up an online account didn;t go so well but this was partly my fault. It was also New Year's Eve. Reviewed on: 31st December 2025

I had given notice of withdrawal. It all went well but unfortunately the branch was closed on the Friday, my first choice of date. Reviewed on: 4th September 2024
