One Call Insurance Lives up to it's Name!

Both my husband and I have Motor Insurance through One Call and although luckily not needed to make a claim have been impressed with the renewal service and help given via phone call ..... Investigated my thoughts on a renewal quote last year and came up with a better alternative and I was grateful for their considerate help Reviewed on: 8th October 2025

We're GoodTo Go!

I have been totally impressed with using this company for all out travel needs So far all I've had to do was contact the office for setting my policy but receiving a quick answer by a human voice to guide me gives me great hope, should I ever need more assistance in the future.....I only heard of your company via BOOM radio and so pleased that I did....Have recommended to several friends over the past year and will continue to do so. So many companies including banks suddenly no longer want to insure anyone once a certain age is reached despite generally good health So Thank you GoodToGo Hope this service stays this way for many years to come! My Customer Service rating 'Good' is only due to the fact that I or anyone I know have never had the need to call in a claim so cannot comment on this (something I hope will continue) Reviewed on: 12th September 2024
