AllClear no Stay Clear

On arriving back from holiday I was told my son had been diagnosed with incurable terminal cancer. I cancelled the holiday and got most of my costs back except the booking fee of £240. I tried to claim this back on my policy and have been passed from Reactive to Zurich and was offered £90 even though I made it clear that if one person couldn't go none would go as at 81 I couldn't take two grandchildren on holiday myself and if I couldn't go because of my underlying health problems none would go. To now turn round and divide the booking fee by four the number of people on the holiday is disgraceful particularly since my insurance cost 3228.89 Reviewed on: 16th September 2024
