Quick service to open a new account

I visited Queen St, Cardiff today without an appointment about half an hour before closing. I was initially told that sadly it was too late to open a new ISA account. But as I had recently updated my details in a recent branch, Vicky took me through the process and managed to get all the paperwork done before closing - saving me from having to come back another day.
