I switched to Starling a while ago. They have never done me any wrong. They are extremely focused on customer happiness, over money. The mobile application is fantastic. Smooth, flawless, easy to use, with down to earth, but professional, and friendly 24/7 live chat. (You guys should give yourselves a break!) Cheques are be easily sent via freepost, and quickly processed. No need to have time off work to go to the bank. With a click of a button, you can set up a Euro account. Transferring money between accounts and friends etc is eeasy and quick. They have a function which allows you to just switch a button to lock your card in case you misppace it, and if you find it you can just "unlock" it! Saves ordering a new one, plastic, etc, you know the drill! They also have a saving function which, if you activate it through the application, it rounds every transaction up to the nearest pound when you use your card somewhere, and puts the rest automatically in your "savings"! This is all managed through just one application. It also splits all your transactions into sections it presumes, so you can see what you spend everything kn. For example, bills and service, shopping, eating out, travel, fuel, and so on. You can download PDFs of your account history and current straight through the application for each month. Superb

I've got both business and current bank accounts, and the bank is very fair, the staff are so respondent and helpful, And understanding, and I am a pain in the bottom, believe! I cannot think of any problems I have had with this bank, and they have something for every requirement. And it is so easy to bank with them! I do not need to step out of my house.
