Leak in my bathroom

I had a leak in my house back in June 2023 and Hastings Direct still haven’t completed the works. I have had so many different people from Hastings contact me, mis informing me. I was without carpet in my living room for 8 months. My husband, my 8 year old (7 at the time) and myself had to deal with concrete that was so dusty. We were all coughing a lot because of it. When I asked them for an update, they told me it’s that time of year. People get coughs. Johns of Nottingham who were the contractors were incompetent too especially Jason. My old bathroom vanity unit was damaged when it was ripped out so a new one had to be fitted. Jason told me he couldn’t find a new.one. He measured my bathroom then went away for a long time giving me excuses then had to come back again to measure up again. I ended up asking for someone else and Tim ended up doing the bathroom. It had to be a bespoke unit and I think that was what they were trying to avoid because they were constantly scrimping on money. September 2024 and the works are still not complete.
