My wife lost the stone to her engagement ring,

My wife lost the stone to her engagement ring, we contacted customer services who were very understanding as my wife was most upset. our cover covered about 2 thirds of the cost so Sagic agreed to waver the excess to help us get her ring repaired. not many if any i know would offer that. My wife was so pleased and relieved to get it back to the way it was . worth every penny. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024
