Helpful and friendly !

Rang yesterday to make an appointment in relation to opening an isa for both my wife and I. Offered a selection of appointments this week, and opted for 10.30 this morning. Had a warm welcome from Charlie at the brecon branch who took us through sll the options, sorted out every last detail to enable the isas to be opened, and arranged an upgrade to the original account we had taken the money from.
