Disclaimer: I work for Monzo. But I feel strongly, I have to comment. It's remarkable for a bank, but you really feel like Monzo care about you. They have such friendly and knowledgeable support staff, not to mention a great app and helpful features like card freeze and gambling block. They genuinely care about clear communication, helping vulnerable people, fairness and diversity in everything they do. Reviewed on: 10th December 2018
